Mohammed from the spa was especially amazing!

i almost thought charmillion was grand until i experienced the bizarre, terrible food from room service that made me question my life choices, not to mention the bad smell in my room that no one seemed to notice, and of course, no complimentary upgrade despite my time being just slightly less than perfect, so disappointing.

The beach access was simply delightful.

I was really disappointed with the hotel's facilities. The bathrooms looked old and unkempt, while the shower tiles were dirty and unsightly. The food variety was lacking, and the dining area felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. We encountered rude staff at the diving center, and it made our experience even worse when they pressured us for payment.

Consider dining at the themed nights for a variety in food. it's a nice change from the regular buffet options.

I had a mighty time with the animation team, who brought so much fun to every day! The food was grand, always something tasty and fresh. But, I reckon the check-in could’ve been a wee bit faster.

great staff , but room could use updating

The staff members were exceptionally courteous and promptly addressed any concerns we had during our stay. Our spacious suite offered lovely sea views, which greatly enhanced our experience. The garden area was delightful, impeccably maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The room felt outdated, needing some refurbishment.

Just spent 2 nights here and loved it! The beach area was a blast and my kids had the time of their lives with the animation team. The food options were great, especially the poolside snack bar. Just wish the check-in process was a bit quicker. it felt a tad slow when we arrived.

The seafood was a hit, with fresh catches swimming their way to your plate, turning every meal into a celebration of local flavors. The beach access was simply delightful, with a sandy stretch to lounge on, along with top-notch service that kept a smile on my face. The sunset views from the balcony were breathtaking, adding a touch of magic to our stay!

The snorkeling experience was unreal, with vibrant corals and heaps of colorful fish. The large pool was perfect for family fun.
